In Germany’s northernmost pub and inn, the „Genusswerk Flensburg“, well-tried gastronomic traditions conjoin with modern creations, that are served with love and respect with regional products. Delicacies from grandma’s kitchen are being served with dedication, and just that little extra kick.
At Flensburg Westhafen you can savour no less than 12 different sorts of home-brewed beers from the tab, plus tasty seasonal dishes, while enjoying the heartfelt hospitality. The Genusswerk Flensburg is not only Germany’s northernmost pub and restaurant in combination with brewery and distillery - and, mind you, its own hops plantation on the island of Sylt - it is also a rum-house.
The different raw rums are being exported directly from the  West Indies Islands. On site, the different sorts of rum are being blended to delicate perfection. And even in the creation of their delicious foods, one finds the spirit of rum-tradition. Besides different rum-variations, the house produces several other liquors, like gin, aquavit, aniseeds and a range of liqueurs.
Of course, all these products are purchasable on spot as well as in the pub -  for your own convenience or as a gift to family and friends.
