Located in beautiful Schleswig, Gottorf Castle takes visitors on a fascinating journey through time.

A former residence of the Dukes of Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorf, the castle is now home to the archaeological museum as well as the museum for art and cultural history. In the adjoining baroque garden, visitors can observe the Globe of Gottorf from inside. The castle is also a venue for many cultural events.
