Culinary festival - Lækkerschmecker

When autumn embraces the Flensburg Fjord, things get really cosy - and at harvest time - really tasty too! With the culinary festival "Lækkerschmecker - grenzenloser Genuss" (which could translate to something like incredibly delicious- nothing barred) the Tourismus Agentur Flensburger Förde GmbH and the DEHOGA Schleswig-Flensburg will provide culinary delights, activities and knowledge about regional and sustainable cuisine in Flensburg's pedestrian zone.

Plenty delicacies are to be imbibed at gastronomic stands, are waiting for you in participating restaurants, and inspiring impressions and tastings at tasting events in the show kitchen are to be had. Visitors will also have the chance to try firsthand event cooking in the DEHOGA kitchen and gain new food preparing experiences. A variety of hands-on activities, films and lectures for young and old invite you to get the knack of things and learn more about the food and related traditions of the German-Danish border region.
In direct cooperation with local producers, start-ups, and initiatives on the topics of culinary arts and the food revolution, you will learn interesting facts about the route of foods from production to the table.
